Liverpool will have to cover Florian Neuhaus’ release clause if they wish to sign the midfielder in the upcoming window.

This comes from SportBILD (via Sport Witness), who claim that the Reds would have to cough up €40m to secure the services of the rumoured target.

Liverpool have turned it around at Old Trafford, coming from 1-0 down to take a 2-1 lead in at half-time.

Diogo Jota levelled the playing field, while Roberto Firmino bagged just before the whistle to give the Reds the lead.

Liverpool picked up a free-kick in the dying moments and Trent Alexander-Arnold whipped in a delicious cross for the Brazilian.

Liverpool at the head of the pack for £40m goalscoring midfielder with 19 goal contributions – report

Liverpool and Leeds United are reportedly leading the charge for the potential signing of Udinese star Rodrigo de Paul.

This update comes from Il Milanista (via Sport Witness), with it being claimed that the Serie A outfit will charge £40m for the Argentine’s services.

“Apart from the price tag, the competition from England, and in particular from Liverpool and Leeds United, is causing concern for Milan. It’s claimed Jürgen Klopp’s side are in the ‘front row’ to sign De Paúl,” Naveen Ullal wrote.

“Corriere del Mezzogiorno explain Napoli are also chasing the Udinese midfielder, and this is relayed in Il Milanista’s report.

“It’s not made clear whether or not Liverpool are ready to match the €40m asking price set by Udinese for De Paúl, who has has nine goals and 10 assists in 34 Serie A matches this season.”

Transfer guru reveals what needs to happen for Liverpool to sign Jadon Sancho

Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho is continually being linked with a move to Liverpool, among other clubs.

The latest nugget of information on the apparent race for the winger comes from transfer guru Jan Aage Fjortoft, who claims Jurgen Klopp is ‘very keen’ on the 21-year-old, but there’s a massive catch.

According to the former professional, Liverpool would need to offload one of Mohamed Salah or Sadio Mane to raise enough funds to complete the deal.
